1. MAINTAIN CURRENT BUSINESS INFORMATION & DISCLOSE ALL LOCATIONS THAT CARRY SPIKEBALL

Maintain accurate and up-to-date company information and disclose all retail locations that carry Spikeball products throughout the term of your reseller relationship with Spikeball.

Qualifying retail locations can only be one of the following: your physical brick & mortar store(s), your commerce-enabled website(s), or temporary storefronts (events, trade shows, pop up stores, etc.).

2. REPORT SELL-THRU FOR PHYSICAL RETAIL LOCATION(S) AND E-COMMERCE SITES

Reseller must provide sell-thru information by SKU and approved retail location upon request. Spikeball reserves the right to perform an audit of financial statements pertaining to Spikeball sales or the business operations (conduct) to ensure compliance with this policy.

3. SPIKEBALL'S TRADEMARKS & BRAND POLICY

Reseller must comply with Spikeball Trademark & Brand Policy and represent yourself as a Spikeball Authorized Reseller in all online advertising & sales collateral.

Setting up businesses, registering domain names, or social media usernames that contain any of Spikeball's trademarks is strictly prohibited. To ensure compliance with Spikeball's Authorized Reseller Policy, you must only use approved marketing materials for all Spikeball products. 

4. SPIKEBALL'S MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY

Reseller must understand their obligations under Spikeball's MAP Policy and abide by them. 

5. SELL TO RETAIL CONSUMERS ONLY

Reseller may not sell in bulk to B2B accounts, wholesalers, or freight forwarders/drop shippers for other retailers. Reseller may only sell to your end consumers only. 

6. ONLY SELL SPIKEBALL PRODUCTS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

Reseller may not alter original Spikeball packaging in any way prior to reselling Spikeball products. Removing Spikeball products from packaging and reselling Spikeball products in a different packaging or under a different name is strictly prohibited.

7. NO BUNDLING SPIKEBALL PRODUCTS WITHOUT OBTAINING PERMISSION

Reseller must not re-SKU or bundle Spikeball products in your online assortments & data feeds without receiving prior written permission from Spikeball.

8. CUSTOMER CONFUSION

Reseller will not advertise, market, display, or demonstrate non-Spikeball products together with Spikeball products in a manner that would create the impression that the non-Spikeball products are made by, endorsed by, or associated with Spikeball.

9. SELL ON APPROVED RETAIL WEBSITE(S) ONLY

Reseller must only take orders via publicly accessible ecommerce enabled web pages hosted on approved websites owned and operated by your company.

Selling on 3rd party sites (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, etc.), drop-ship accounts (Buy.com, Newegg.com, Overstock.com, etc.), classified sites (Craigslist.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) or direct messages on forums is strictly prohibited. 

10. ENSURE PCI COMPLIANCE

Reseller must ensure PCI compliance for all approved commerce-enabled websites owned & operated by your company.

11. MAINTAIN UPDATED PRIVACY POLICY

Reseller must publish and maintain a publicly accessible privacy policy.

12. OPERATE ECOMMERCE BUSINESS SEPARATELY FROM OFFLINE RETAIL BUSINESSS

Reseller must plan inventory for your ecommerce business separately from inventory planned for your physical store’s business & provide accurate sell-thru numbers for each.

How do I set up an account?

If you are looking to become a certified retail seller with Spikeball Inc., please head to the Become a Reseller tab for a short list of resources. Here you can apply to be an authorized reseller of Spikeball. This is the best first step to exploring working with us. You can also find resources there to get to know the Spikeball community, review our reseller policies, and look over the Frequently Asked Questions from prospective partners.

Spikeball will set up your account and send an invite email so you just need to set your password to log in.

How do I log in?

From the home page, you can check in the top right hand corner of your screen and you will see a Login button to click. You can also click here to be taken to the login page.

Additionally, if you are browsing our products and you aren’t logged in, there will also be links under each product to login so that you are able to add products to your cart and place your next order.

How do I find help?

For any and all questions, please check under the I Need Help tab. For questions about how to use our new website, please click How to Use The Website. There are a number of step-by-step instructional videos to help you.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, first make sure you are logged in to your account. Once you are logged in, navigate to the Place an Order tab in the top middle of your screen. There you will see listings for all the products you are able to purchase as part of your wholesale account. 

Click on the product you are interested in purchasing and it will show the product page for that item. You can then change the quantity of the item you would like to order and then Add to Cart.

Once you have done this with all the products you would like to order, click on the cart icon in the top right corner of your screen and you will be taken to the checkout page.

How do I checkout?

Once you click on the cart button in the top right corner, you will need to click checkout. Once you are on the checkout screen you will see the products you are ordering, their quantities, and their prices on the right hand side. 

On the left hand side, you will first be asked to confirm your shipping address for the order. If you want this order to ship to multiple locations you can select that option at the top of the checkout page. You will then choose your shipping method. 

Select the date you would like the order to ship from our facility. An ASAP order will be expected to ship in about 1-2 business days depending on the size or if an LTL carrier needs to be scheduled to pick it up.

Finally, you can add a purchase order to identify the order, if your company uses that information. 

Once all these sections are complete, you can click continue and submit your order. You may be directed to pay at the end of the checkout process or may simply submit your order. Several factors including the ship date, available credit and order size with determine the payment method. For example if your order isn’t supposed to ship for a few months, you won’t pay when placing the order.

How to Select Shipping Method

US and Canadian customers will be given a number of options for shipping. You can choose the calculated UPS rate which will be added to your order total. You can also enter information to ship on your UPS or FedEx account, if you have one. Finally, if your order is large enough you can ship it palletized. If you choose Less Than Truckload (LTL), our logistics team will reach out to schedule your order once it’s ready.

Customers outside of North America will have a calculated shipping rate added to their order, which is clearly visible during the checkout process.

How do I ship an LTL shipment?

US and Canadian customers will be given a number of options for shipping. If your order is large enough you can ship it palletized. This size of the order will be determined based on what your order and how many mastercases are needed to fill at least one pallet. If you choose Less Than Truckload (LTL), our logistics team will reach out to schedule your order once it’s ready.

When you want Spikeball to choose the cheapest shipping option, just let us know in the “Preferred Carrier” field and we will be happy to do that for you.

How do I ship on my company’s UPS or Fedex Shipping Account?

US and Canadian customers will be given a number of options for shipping, one of them being to ship on your own account. If you have your own UPS or Fedex account, you can enter the account number and the billing zip code and the charges will be billed straight to your shipping account.

How do I pay my invoice?

To check your open invoices and/or make a payment on your account, navigate to the Orders & Payments tab in the top middle of the website. If you are not logged into your account, it will ask you to login.

Once this page has loaded, it will show a number of options on the left hand side. If you click on the Billing link, and choose Invoices it will show you a full list of your invoices. You can toggle between open or all invoice. Click Make a Payment to enter your credit card information or bank details to send the payment.

The Account Balance option just above invoices will show a snapshot of your account standing. You can click Continue to Payment to pay all open invoices at once.

You can also download/print invoices or statements to save to your records.

I have a number of different store locations. How do I ship an order to each location?

You can always place an order for each location, but we have added the capability to be able to ship to multiple addresses on one order. This feature is especially useful if you have multiple stores as part of your company where you want to be able to ship our products.

Just as with any order, add all products to your cart that you want to be shipped to all your stores. When you go to checkout, the first option will show a button that allows you to Ship to Multiple Addresses. Once you click that it will show a list of all the addresses you have associated to your account. You can add any addresses that you want to ship to that aren’t shown. Once an address has been added once, it will save to your account for future use.

After clicking continue, the next screen is where you will select an address from the drop down and then select the products you want to ship to that address. You can change the quantity of the items but only by the increments of the mastercases available.


Once you have checked all the items you want to send to that address, you will click the Create Shipment button. It will add that as a shipment in your list. You then repeat this process for as many addresses as you are shipping to and until all the product in your cart is allocated.

Once that is complete you can click continue and finish the checkout process for your order.

How do I see my order status?

If you have placed an order with us, and you are wondering when it will be arriving at your door, you can navigate to the Orders & Payments tab. This will pull up all your recent orders and show you their current status. 

If an order says Pending Fulfillment, the order is in our warehouse and being packed right now. If the order says Shipped or Billed, it will also show a tracking number that will let you know when you can expect it to be delivered.

Why am I being asked to pay up front?

We require that all orders be paid up front unless your company is set up with credit terms on your account. You will not be asked to pay for an order during checkout if the ship date of the order is more than a week away. If you place a future order, you will receive an email with a payment link when it’s time for the order to ship.

If you’re interested in applying for credit terms, you can do so by going to I Need Help > Contact Us > Orders & Payments > Credit Limit Inquiry.

Customers approved for credit may still be prompted to pay upfront if the order is under $1000 (the threshold for credit terms to apply) or if there is not enough available credit to use for the order. You can view your account status to see available credit under Orders & Payments -> Billing -> Account Balance.

How do I apply for credit terms for my account?

If you’re interested in applying for credit terms, you can do so by going to I Need Help > Contact Us > Orders & Payments > Credit Limit Inquiry.

If you are approved for credit, please be aware that terms are only extended for orders over $1000. If you believe your company will regularly place orders over $1000 please feel free to complete the application.

10. ENSURE PCI COMPLIANCE

Reseller must ensure PCI compliance for all approved commerce-enabled websites owned & operated by your company.

11. MAINTAIN UPDATED PRIVACY POLICY

Reseller must publish and maintain a publicly accessible privacy policy.

12. OPERATE ECOMMERCE BUSINESS SEPARATELY FROM OFFLINE RETAIL BUSINESSS

Reseller must plan inventory for your ecommerce business separately from inventory planned for your physical store’s business & provide accurate sell-thru numbers for each.

13. SECURITY MEASURES FRO E-COMMERCE SITES AND FRAUD PROTECTION

Reseller must ensure industry-standard e-commerce security and fraud protection measures are in place, including two-factor authentication, authorized territory shipping restrictions, and customer fraud resolution procedures.

On a macro level you can get involved in your local Spikeball community, search your city and Spikeball online and on social media platforms to find your local club. A great resource to get involved in the Spikeball community is to coordinate and/or sponsor Spikeball Tournaments found on our Spikeball App. Be active playing with them and sponsoring tournaments to be a local name associated with Spikeball.
